Airtel-Tigo has reiterated its support for Rwanda’s youth and the YouthConnekt Summit, that connects youth for continental change by securing them connections to peers, role models, resources, skills and economic opportunities.

This year’s summit organised by MINIYOUTH in partnership with UNDP at the Intare Conference Arena in Rusoro was officiated by President Paul Kagame.

The convention has gathered 3,000 selected delegates varying from young innovators, entrepreneurs, youth leaders to policy influencers and will feature the YouthConnekt Awards ceremony, the YouthConnekt Innovators Forum as well as the YouthConnekt dialogue, which activities are intended to transfer practical knowledge to attendees and participants.

President Kagame challenged the youth during the YouthConnekt Dialogue to innovate and pursue big dreams, “We may start small, but should only be the beginning. Having ambitions and thinking big proves that nothing is unattainable”.
